As being the oldest and well-known desert in the Ottoman History, Kunefe is made of kadayif (a kind of sweet pastry), butter and cheese (without salt). The product is being sold as one FROZEN portion (please refer the picture), and sherbet (made of water and sugar) is added on it. The product is kept and transported at -18 degree celcius.

The product has been distributed to the market under the name of Kunefis and this name has recently been registered by Billur Gida San.Ltd.. The product has all the necessary documents regarding health issue from the Ministry of Health and Agriculture of Turkish Republic.

Billur Gida San.Ltd. is the unique producer of the Kunefe as frozen and has been distributing it to the local hotels and restaurants in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Antalya (four biggest cities in Turkey) in addition to its export sales.
